You can’t be better than able to watch the person, make your food and know that it’s right with the toppings you want on. You know that the food is fresh and you can observe that it is prepared, you know that there is nothing done on your food you cannot see. They make it to order so that there are no seats under a hot lamp or sitting on a rack in the back always soggy. Your sandwich is made fresh as you want it and you just can't beat it.
