Derek, the manager, along with another manager in red pants, were ineffective in resolving the situation. They came over to tell me they were addressing the issue, but then they quickly disappeared and sent other staff members to apologize instead. It felt quite unprofessional and immature. Despite the setbacks, Jason, our waiter, was fantastic and took responsibility for the situation, even though it wasn’t his fault. Derek and the others could certainly learn a lot from his approach.

The food and service were excellent. It is a bit pricey, but I believe the quality justifies the expense.

The service was exceptional. The appetizers were fantastic, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful.

Saw in a high peak in the bar during the happy hour. great prices on drinks and a nice large selection of food. service was great and the food and drinks were of high quality. would recommend.

Service and food excellent. Pricing seemed high. But overall an outstanding experience.
