Mcdonald's - Morinville

This new McDonald's is the new black and white motif. It's bright, had lots of seating options including bizarre single seats that remind me of cubicles, and is staffed well. It's attached to a Shell gas station. It's generally clean here though the floor is a disaster in today. Download the McD mobile app for daily specials. Currently there's a $3 off any $10 purchase on the app along other offers. Also keep track of your coffee stickers electronically to earn free Medium McCafe beverages. It's a good McD, I just wish it had a play place for our loooong and cold winter months. The closest play place McD is in St. Albert next to the mall. See you soon McD, see you soon.

Was ordering for my daughters quinceanera because she wanted mcdonalds fries. I called a hour in advance for 40 large fries and they said it would be ready in 50 minutes, but when I arrive they said that they didnt even start on my order keep in mind i already paid via the mcdonalds app and the quincearnera starts in 30 minutes. I was a little upset but sometimes this stuff happens. However, when I asked for a refund they basically told me to go **** myself. I didnt get my fries or my 140$ back. I explained it was for my daughter and they called her a pig for wanting mcdonalds fries for her party. And when i asked for the manager they said I wasnt allowed to see them. I stayed there and kept asking for the manger until they finally came out. He then proceeded to drive me out of his store yelling racial and derogatory slurs at me after I asked for a refund.

Not happy with this McDonalds.In September I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and it came without the sausage. Phone them right away to let them know and they said that I have to bring it back or they can send me coupons in the mail….so I picked for coupons because I had to start work….after getting my info I still have not received them in the mail. This was in September 2023 Another time near the end of November ordered a sausage McMuffin and my egg tasted and smelled like fish. I once again called and they said well if you don’t bring it back I can send coupons in the mail. To which I said no to the coupons because I probably won’t receive them in the mail. Tonight I went to Morinville McDonalds for my daughter and waited in line through the drive through for the girl to take my order while three vehicle go through that came after me. Then I don’t get my bbq sauce which I ordered…I then had to go in. I am so done with this McDonalds that I will drive to St. Albert or go to Edmonton for McDonalds which I have never had any complaints. Even after speaking with Manager John who has the audacity to laugh during our conversation I still think it’s the worst McDonalds. They can’t seem to get their orders right. So frustrating. This has happened to me between September and December 2023. ?

It's what you'd expect from McD.Same thing as the rest. Three times now though I've tried the App and it wouldn't work while in the lot. Easier just to walk in.

The fries were cold Coffee cold not done right to order McDonald's in Manning Crossing is better.Kid-friendliness: No play area for kids G daughter didn't like that
