Pizza Hut - Morgantown

I had ordered on the 7th and didn’t receive my order and was told it was due to door dash not picking it up. The man on the phone didnt sound too apologetic about the matter and had a really strong tone. Was also told I would have credit for what I didn’t receive. I called and replaced my order the next day, and the lady I spoke with was very nice about it. She said her name was stephanie or a tiffany or something like that. Any way, she resolved my issue, and even helped explain pizza deals that way we can save in the future. I dont know if she was a normal employee or a part of management, but if not management, she should be promoted. On top of that, I was quoted 70 minutes on my order and received it hot around 40 minutes after ordering. The driver was so pleasant. Thank you young lady for assisting with my order. My experience with you has made me change my mind entirely from not wanting to eat there again, to now thinking that this location may be trying to fix issues and are trying to get better. If they keep this up, they will do better in the future.

I ordered one large pizza, half half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to call about it, they wouldn’t answer. In the picture is one piece of hair, The other was taken out, but I took a bite into my pizza and felt that and was grossed out. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst! Called in an order for our Uncle who is there for an appointment, at 5:15. Lady says 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, cold food and they forgot his drinks. Called twice on hold for 20 minutes for a manager for a refund or a hot delivery with drinks, dude hung up on me twice! Finally my husband had to get involved, refund issued. The worst customer service ever I will not buy from them or Pizza Hut ever! 10/5/2022 You appreciate my feedback? Sweeping this under the rug I bet.

Would be a negative 10 but no option for that. Walked in on July 7th 2022 at 650pm. Waited for a few seconds and was approached by a rude lady carrying to go containers and with a rude and snarly voice said we are no longer taking in dine in table. Now keep in mind there were other customers there eating in and sign says dine in was open till 9pm. WTH pizza hut. No wonder why you have no business, with employees like this and not taking customers in. Just baffles me on how your doors are not closed permanently..
