Pizza Hut - Morgantown

I eat at Pizza Hut two or three times a month, but this was my first experience with this location. The pizza was absolutely one of the best I've ever had! David, the person who took my order, was very polite and even helped me save some money. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

The staff at this Pizza Hut location on Brockway Ave in Morgantown, WV, were incredibly friendly and genuinely appreciated my business. My order was ready for pick-up right on time, and when I got home, the food was still hot and made exactly how I requested. It tasted fantastic! I highly recommend this place.

I burned dinner, and we were really hungry. It was just 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, and the manager had already cleaned everything and was ready to go home. However, he kindly prepared us some delicious food in a big takeout box and waited for us to arrive just three minutes before closing. He didn’t seem bothered at all by the inconvenience. I truly appreciate his kindness because I know we added extra work for him. I’m sorry for that. You were professional, smiling, and gracious despite being tired. Thank you so much!

I had ordered on the 7th and didn’t receive my order and was told it was due to door dash not picking it up. The man on the phone didnt sound too apologetic about the matter and had a really strong tone. Was also told I would have credit for what I didn’t receive. I called and replaced my order the next day, and the lady I spoke with was very nice about it. She said her name was stephanie or a tiffany or something like that. Any way, she resolved my issue, and even helped explain pizza deals that way we can save in the future. I dont know if she was a normal employee or a part of management, but if not management, she should be promoted. On top of that, I was quoted 70 minutes on my order and received it hot around 40 minutes after ordering. The driver was so pleasant. Thank you young lady for assisting with my order. My experience with you has made me change my mind entirely from not wanting to eat there again, to now thinking that this location may be trying to fix issues and are trying to get better. If they keep this up, they will do better in the future.
