Pizza Hut - Morganton

Ordered a pizza online prior to closing last night, pizza was to be delivered to the hospital with a note to leave pizza at registration in the ED. Got a confirmation of order, money received and confirmation for delivery with estimated timing of 54-64 minutes. Pizza was never delivered but the money was taken along with the added tip for driver. When I called to complain the business was closed. Attempted to call business today and still remain on the line while writing this review. I am sadly disappointed as I didn't even get a phone call to ask if I could meet outside or confirm location. Not usually one to complain or leave a bad review but this is unexceptable. Still remain on the phone 21 minutes in waiting on someone to answer

Pizza is yummy... Sometimes overpriced! Wish there was a bigger dinner to dine in!

I was scared to go in the store after seeing the homeless man sleeping in front of the store. In his sleeping bag he had a sword. Apparently he is is also an employee at the Pizza Hut and still homeless out front of the store.

Order food from the app only to receive half my order when I called about it they wanted me to pay again after already paying $41.22 claiming that I only paid 34.35 and needed to pay 10.20 more to get the rest that I had already paid for.

Update they I ordered again and they had ready on time and lots of toppings so was pretty good, they gave me credit to do overall improvement from 1st time. Ordered online it said it be ready at 510 it was done at 520 then I drove 15 min home then they gave me the wrong pizza. I been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 20 min so hung up ordered another pizza for 625 640 ready and at 7pm I was home with pizza they did give me a free one.
