Donut King - Moreton Bay

I was disappointed with the service at Donut King. The manager's attitude towards the customers was unpleasant, and I was shocked to find that my order was messed up - my hot dog was served raw. Despite my dissatisfaction, the manager showed no concern and refused to refund my money or replace the food.

I find myself visiting Coffee and Donuts frequently, as it's hard to resist the excellent food and friendly staff. We always enjoy their hot donuts and coffee, and the service is always pleasant and welcoming.

First: we love donuts my children and I buy every time we shop. I have two sons, and they will also swallow the dirt in the backyard. we bought donuts, who were quite icy very attractive for a child and they were hard and stale feeling. once visually compare with the others in the cabinet I could see that the donuts we bought and others were old in the cabinet! compare the lower dough part to the other in the cabinet. I asked for a fresh donut and was said “all our donuts are fresh” good I call bullsh

I wanted to load a milkshake in this one today. Two young people working and it was pretty busy. young female was at the beginning very friendly, my daughter and a smile acknowledge. she turned very fast to be short and rude. my duaghter also wanted a hot dog, so I asked if I could add a hot dog to make an eating contract. omg end of the world demand. Shake's hot and you barely shake a chocolate in it. hotdogs good my 3 years old could have put them together better. very dirty and much too much sauce on one of them. customers go away as they were sick to wait, but accusations were also a fair size. customer is everything, **** a customer out and they get a bad review. I was happy when I started in her business, pissed and not recorded with the attuide of the young girl until the end. I will not be back to be served so, children change thoughts and warns a great thing. value for money not made as products bad.

Donut King is a great place for a quick coffee or light lunch,the staff is very friendly. I would recomend it to anyway.
