Little Caesars Pizza - Moreno Valley

Very Disappointed, I walked in today 8/27 to your location at your 23031 Sunnymead Blvd. I stranded in line for 20 minutes on an 80 degree day. Just to get to the cashier and be advised that they are no longer placing orders. WHY NOT PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE? Whynot have an employee shout it out at least. But no, let's just have them stand in line. I've been a customer for over 20 yearsand was let down by this location today

I walked in and received satisfactory customer service. I was informed that there would be a wait of about 10-15 minutes for a cheese pizza since the pepperoni pizzas were already ready. While I waited, several customers arrived, placed their orders, and quickly picked up their food, yet I was still waiting for my cheese pizza. After about 30 minutes, I was finally told that my cheese pizza would be ready in just 5 more minutes. At that point, I decided to leave. I requested two drinks and departed, noticing that many others were still waiting as well. I'm not sure what caused the delays, but the experience was far from pleasant.

I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and the pizza always seems to be undercooked. I have to put it in my oven to finish cooking, but this makes the cheese become chewy.

While the restaurant's exterior might be a bit rough, especially considering its location, I'm a big fan of the pizza dispensing machine. It’s so convenient! You just scan the QR code or enter your code to unlock a small door and pick up your pizza that you ordered online, which lets you skip the line altogether. I can't complain about the pizza itself; I’ve been there three times since I don’t eat pizza often, and two of those visits were great. The last time was merely average, but I definitely intend to come back.

This place has its rough spots—it's located in a bit of a tough area—but I absolutely love the machine that dispenses your pizza. You can either scan a QR code or enter your code, and the little door opens so you can grab your online order and skip the line. I can't complain about the pizza itself; I've been here three times since I don't eat pizza very often, and two out of the three times, it was delicious. The last time it was slightly overcooked, but I’d definitely come back.
