History cafe, as it was once, is completely cleared out, the door has a 'for lease' sign on it. the story is over.

History cafe had a handwritten statement in the window since the last lockdown that they would return soon, but they never. unfortunately I went past today and it was completely washed out. I hope the next inmate has more luck.

History cafe has a very good menu that is greeted by diners in the northern Essendon. it also has an extensive wine list. unfortunately it is closed for the duration of the Covid lock, but long that could be,

Yesterday evening a private function. eating was sensational. many of them and beautifully prepared. the night was a fabulous success. the owner spent the whole night so everyone was happy and satisfied. best espresso matini I had in an old. my friend loved the latte. thanks for a great night.

After hearing great things about this restaurant from friends, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. While the staff was friendly and the coffee was excellent, the food was absolutely awful. Our expensive chicken sandwiches took forever to arrive and when they did, the bread was soggy and drenched in terrible mayo, making our meals inedible. It was a disappointing experience overall. We might come back for the coffee, but definitely not for the food.
