Pizza Hut Morayfield

2/10/18 the service has improved and also has the pizza. I know we said we would never return, but we were asked to come back. we believe in second chances. mai 2018 order for pizza and rib deal (foot meal) and was fed and not recognized until almost home that the ribs were missing. drove back said manager got an apology, but you had to make the suggestion to put the pizza in the hot box to keep it warm. no compensation for her error, but on complaint a mousse was offered. have home pizza cold and barely ripen warm and 1/2 the size of two previous orders. apparently there is another provider. the main office will be ringing, as this is not the first time that they have messed up our order. sick and tired to pay for eating and to replace it because it cannot get it right. pizzas are never hot, I think they need to check their hot box. not happy, will never return.

Service great but quality very poor I gave 2 stars cause I am generous. Unfortunately it was a no no last night for us . Ordered 3 pizzas after quite some time I don’t know if they are new owners or just the quality gone down the drain. We purchase a supreme, veggie, bbq chicken . All blunt tasteless not worth the money Paid $39.95 with delivery . Lift!!! your gears up guys their are other places who appreciate their customers .

Please tell your drivers to read the addresses provided from your customers! I ordered pizza tonight and watched the live radar to see my pizza order being delivered to the wrong address. This has happened 4 times in the past being delivered to that same address and now a 5th time tonight. Not good enough pizza hut, very disappointed.

Rang the store to ask about some missing items in my order, was informed our door dash driver must have eaten them as they don't make mistakes! Your first mistake was lieing to us, you're second mistake was the way you spoke to my wife. I wish I could give this manager a -5 stars.

Went in to get two margaritas in the afternoon. Was told they didn’t have and TOMATO’S.? What a joke. I ran a pizza shop for 4 years and we never ever ran out of ingredients, never! I don’t understand how a fast food chain runs out of ingredients. I worked in a single store no franchise and we understood the demand of our CUSTOMERS. Last time I will be back at Pizza Hut. DOMINOS is by far a better place and pizza. If I have any suggestions go across the road and get a better pizza than Pizza Hut could ever do.
