Chipotle Mexican Grill - Moraine

This location has not been great at all; it’s clear that the staff lacks experience. They frequently run out of items, and one employee even confused a small amount of cheese for corn. I was initially excited because this place is closer to my home, but I’m quite disappointed. I recommend going to the one on Far Hills instead.

I requested a small amount of sour cream, but what I got was more like sour cream soup.

Initially, this Chipotle was great. However, during my last few visits, my order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait. Additionally, it seems like the portions have been reduced to about half of what I used to receive. I probably won’t be returning. See attached photos.

This Chipotle is fantastic! Firstly, they have a drive-thru window, which is a great option when you're in a hurry. Secondly, the staff is consistently kind and friendly. Thirdly, there’s excellent seating both indoors and outdoors. Lastly, the restaurant is very clean as well.

Another employee handled our checkout, and she was also unwelcoming. She didn't even hand us our food or smile; she simply dropped the bag on the counter. I think it's important for your staff to receive better training. We hadn’t done anything to deserve such poor treatment.
