Bidra med feedbackWe stopped here in the afternoon for boba, tea, and ramen. We placed a mobile order for all of the above. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our drinks. Our ramen came out after about 30 minutes. 45 minutes for drinks is unbelievable. To top it off, the place was pretty empty. The ramen was just ok. The flavor was bland and below average. My kids love the boba but I don't think we'll be coming again anytime soon after that long of a wait.
5 Stars ! is my rating after two separate visits spanning two consecutive weeks. 1. First experience was an order to go ! All drinks were made correctly ! I drove home happily drinking my treat while keeping the other two ready to be delivered to my family. 2. Second experience (photos included). This time ate a late lunch, ordered one of the ramen bowls, calamari and 2 drinks. Our food and one of the Boba drinks shown on the receipt. The staff in front were very nice and handled the crowd spikes when I visited. Tables were cleared and wiped clean. Estimating 30 adults can fit comfortably in the dine in area. I approve of this rating. 5 Stars ! Jay M.
I miss my cashiers. i've come to get to know the previous cashiers incredibly well and had a true strong connection with. they were truly kind and actually cared about my concerns. all of the sudden they are never in the store anymore. it made my day getting to see them and ever since they have left i feel like the employee/customer relationship has decreases severely. if they don't allow the people who are kind to truly shine then i can't say that this business has a good sense of character, and that's something me and a great amount of fellow moragans value. please bring back my cashiers!
Very very poor experience. Came here and ordered a popcorn chicken and hot chili oil wonton. The server who helped to take the order placed 2 orders of popcorn chicken instead. They insisted that the wonton was the same price and the kitchen knew what it meant. When the food came out, our hot chili oil wonton was a different menu item. When I asked them about it, they said that there's no such hot chili oil wonton item. No refund or anything to make up for the miscommunication, and no apologies. I would seriously ask the management to revisit how they conduct training for employees. Also, it may be wise to change and update the menu if certain items don't exist anymore than to lie to customers.
Not all i Teas are good. But this one is. Everything has the right flavors, textures, and everything, and is consistent at it. All snacks are good and the ramen is really good for a cheap bowl. It's obviously not the best ramen as it's from a boba shop (and a chain! , but it is the best ramen you can get at that price. It is a 3 5 minute drive from Saint Mary's, which is where I attend and live, for the time being. This i Tea is as good and as consistent as the Castro Valley i Tea, which has been my favorite i Tea for several years. Dublin, Pleasanton, and San Ramon's i Teas are decent, but somewhat inconsistent. The one that used to be at the Livermore outlets was terrible (tasted like water, it's been closed for a few years by now I believe . I usually get one of the milk teas (black, oolong, or jasmine with grass jelly and egg pudding, no boba since I don't like actual tapioca pearls. I like the ramen and snacks but can't get them every time! The people here are nice and I love the establishment, with seating!
