A&w Canada - Moose Jaw

I've only visited this restaurant twice, both times in the morning for breakfast. The first experience was mediocre; my hash brown seemed to have been sitting out for a while. This morning, we placed our order and, when we got to the pay window, the food was already prepared. This can only suggest that it was pre-made rather than cooked to order. The hash brown was so old it was barely warm and fell apart when I tried to pick it up. The bacon and egg sandwich had also been sitting for some time, and the bun was neither fresh nor appetizing. It's really disappointing to serve food of this quality. I won't be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.

Have you ever experienced paying a lot for a meal only to receive awful service? If so, avoid this A&W. I placed a $20 drive-thru order for just one meal, and they didn’t even include napkins!

This is definitely the best A&W I've been to! I visit frequently and have never had a bad meal. They always get my order right, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. It's far superior to McDonald's. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger Combo but received a beef burger instead. The Double Chicken Buddy was hard and burnt. The only items we could enjoy were the poutine and the drink. I'm requesting a refund.

The order took an excessively long time to be confirmed and an even longer time to prepare. By the time it arrived, everything was cold. Very disappointing.
