We go here all the time and usually it?s good but today the chicken was not cooked through, breast meat was pink, and we could not get the chicken off the bone. Threw most of it in the garbage. In 15 years this is the first time this happened. I hope it?snot a trend and just a 1 time fluke.
Moorpark el pollo loco I never had an issue the food is always pretty good. I went today to place an order through the drive through, and asked for Pico de gallo to go with my order and the lady who answered back had a very strong Mexican accent andsaid she didn't know what I was talking about I had to describe to her I couldn't believe it.. I thought it was joke.. . A youngLatina girl who my payment was also very snobby. with a lot of attitude. I wont be ordering there anymore.
Horrible experience, the girl at the drive thru was as unprofessional as they get. No greet or thank you as I drive off , she was in such a hurry for no reason no car behind me no cars out side parked for inside , I ordered a fit bowl returned because Iasked for no pico (allergic to tomato) when I returned she made sure she took the bowl back. I hope they didn?t use it onanother customer, who takes food back?? They serve the dressing in the to go salad small containers (she only packed one) I hadto ask twice for two more. I received a lousy in a hurry apology , I didn?t even get eye contact. Plus Why pack me more picosalsa the second time around when I said I am allergic?? All I can say Santa Paula location is much better they?re not stingywith their food. Better customer service. Not coming back . First and last time at this location . The least she can do is packa free chips for the mistake . I wished I had asked for a recipe to get her name .
Terrible customer service!! The service at drive Thru is sad. This employee was rude when she took my order and when I met her at the window. They definitely need more training on customer service. I called and complained to the manager and she couldn?teven understand the issue because there was an obvious language barrier!!! Don?t order from this place!! They don?t believe inproviding good customer service. They don?t like their jobs and their miserableness affects their job quality.
