Prickly Pear - Mooresville

First and last meal there. Service was slow and very poor. Took 20 minutes just for a Hello and Is anyone waiting on you? 1 step away from waking out. Don 't think about dinning outside after dark, you 'll never be able to see what your eating... Or make sure your phone is fully charged so you have some light to even see the menu. I travel several times each year through Mooresville, too many better options, Skip this one!

Excellent Mother's Day Brunch Buffet! The food was fresh, authentic and delicious! Especially the marinated roast. The dessert bar could have had more options, skip the petit fours next time.

The patio is lovely. I wish they had things a little more organized for Mother's Day brunch. They only had a buffet option, which is not ideal since we eat very small portions, but we were okay with it. The waiter told us it was $19.95 per person, but the bill reflected $26.95 per person. We had their special mango mimosa which neither of us cared for so we asked for regular ones. I assumed the waiter would be proactive and take off the bill because of the other error with the buffet prices but he did not. I did not even mention the higher buffet price but did ask for them to take off the first round of mimosas, and he acted like it was such an inconvenience. Was not a good experience for my mother and I on her special day; $80 for a less than par brunch seemed like a waste of my money. I could have taken her out to our favorite restaurant on any other day and spent that for great martinis and shared a salmon meal.

Great dining experience. Food was fantastic. Furniture outside is somewhat worn, but it's clean and the view makes up for it. Inside is very nice as well

We loved our first time at Prickly Pair for Father's Day. The weather was beautiful and we all enjoyed the food. We will be back.
