First one and from service to Sub it was excellent. Good to go.
Downloaded the app and placed an order for half sub with no sides and no drink an hour before I knew I?d arrive to pick up. Did this to allow plenty of time for my order to prepared so that could ?grab and go?. Arrived in the store well after the promised ?ready time? shown on the app only to find order had not been started yet. On the table was one grub hub order, one lady waiting for her pick up order and three other customers waiting at the order counter. Clearly the store was not busy. After waiting for my sandwich to be made as I waited I departed the store and left. Later, when I had time to eat the sandwich, I discovered the order was prepared incorrectly. Will never return. Going back to Wawa. Better taste, much better value and I?ve never had an order mixed up.
Jersey Mike's is NOT enforcing wearing face coverings. They don't have a sign on the door anymore and removed the plastic screens from their cash registers. You can tell just by walking by their store. Go to Five Guys at least they seem to care. People are coming in and ordering with no face covering and the door to the restaurant stays wide open making matters worse. Management didn't seem to care at all and considering their food generally isn't cooked in any way, this makes Jersey Mike's a no go for me. I can't recommend Jersey Mike's for this reason until things change (and its been a month since I last wrote this, they've only gotten worse).
Ordered on Uber eats which charges a premium above what the sandwiches cost plus service and delivery fees. Ordered a club supreme on wheat and got my sandwich on white bread. As you can see in the picture the sandwich is super skimpy on meat as the turkey is nearly not visible in the picture. Huge disappointment and this isn?t the norm. When I called I spoke to the guy who made my sandwich and it was almost like he knew that he barely put any meat on the sandwich before I said anything. He also said they were out of wheat so they just put it on white...I felt like I was eating a subway sandwich it was that disappointing. I was told I would get 2 free sandwich coupons in the mail and hoping the manager/owner can make sure we are taken care of since this sandwich was over $17 not including delivery and service fees...you can?t just substitute bread, there has to be a way to inform the customer through Uber eats if not then that sounds like a needed option.
