Jersey Mike's Subs - MOORESTOWN

This restaurant offers food of exceptional quality. However, I've found that my orders placed through the app often take a considerable amount of time to be ready—sometimes up to 40 minutes just for a few hoagies. Because of this, I usually opt to go in and pick up my food myself. On the bright side, the contactless service is a wonderful feature.

The service is outstanding. However, I think the prices could be somewhat lower. The hoagies contained much less salad than I anticipated; they hardly qualify as a salad at all.

Jersey Mike's is no longer enforcing face mask requirements. There’s no longer a sign on the door, and the plastic barriers at the cash registers have been removed. You can easily see this just by passing by the restaurant. I’d recommend heading to Five Guys instead, as they seem to prioritize safety. Customers are entering and ordering without masks, and the restaurant door stays wide open, which only exacerbates the situation. The management doesn't appear to care at all, and given that their food isn't cooked thoroughly, I can't recommend Jersey Mike's anymore. Until they make some changes, I won't be returning. It's been a month since I last addressed this issue, and unfortunately, things have only gotten worse.

When I called to address the issue, I spoke with the person who made my sandwich, and it felt like he knew he had skimped on the meat even before I mentioned it. He informed me that they were out of wheat bread and switched it to white without notifying me. Eating it felt like having a Subway sandwich, which was quite disheartening. I was promised two free sandwich coupons in the mail, and I hope the manager or owner ensures we are taken care of, especially since this sandwich cost over $17, not including delivery and service fees. You can't just substitute bread without informing the customer through Uber Eats; this seems like a necessary option to have.

These people make an outstanding sub or hoagie, depending on what you call it in your area.
