I never see it like this kind of customer service is is weird

I go to sheetz quite frequently and they're usually awesome. But last night they forgot half of my food in the bag. Make sure all food is in there before you call out the number. Thanks

This was the first Sheetz I have visited that got my order correct.

The team at this Sheetz is exceptional! I was visiting West Virginia from Philadelphia, and I was truly impressed by the welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff, including the manager. The store was incredibly clean and organized. When a bus full of student athletes arrived, my friend and I feared we would have to wait a long time for our food, especially since we came in after them. To our delight, they managed to serve the entire team and complete our order in under 15 minutes!
