Bawarchi Indian Restaurant and Take Away

The best place i've been to for a Pommy Curry. If you're English and you feel like the Aussie curry is a little weak or lacking flavour then you need to get the train to Moorabbin and try this place. They have plenty of seating available as well as take away and delivery. I love this place! It has become my go to place and I have tried around 30 different Indian restaurants in and around Melbourne. Tender chicken and the sauces are very traditional. They are a family run restaurant and really friendly. They even do a lunch time special which is perfect for a quick bite and won't bloat you. When I first walked into the restaurant there were 4 people leaving and I heard one of the guys say how fantastic he thought the food was. I really got my hopes up and thought it was set up. But he was not mistaken.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for 3 years, outstanding authentic Indian with service that makes you feel like you are the only customer in the world

Have not eaten here for a while but after tonight will be back. Very authentic food, BYO only $2 corkage but hardly worth it as wine list is not expensive.

The ambience was lovely and the food was delicious. The service was decent. I couldn't have asked for a better place to dine. I would definitely want to come back again!
