Lemon and Thyme - MOOLOOLABA

We experienced a long wait and poor service at Lemon and Thyme. After playing on the playground, we took our kids for a quick meal before heading back to our accommodation. Despite a lack of customers, we had to wait a long time for our food, which turned out to be cold when it finally arrived. The staff did not communicate well with us and seemed to prioritize a large group of corporate members who arrived after us. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant due to the disappointing experience we had.

The restaurant has declined in quality since my last visit. The food is unexciting and reminiscent of typical pub fare, with a limited selection to choose from. I am disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

This restaurant was the one recommended by the hotel for room service and charging back to room. Was there for a week and only saw the place opened a few times and never at night to order a meal. was disappointed

Used to be one of my favourite Coast restaurants. What happened? $16 for small slice of Turkish bread, a spoonful of cold refried bean paste that seemed like it was scooped out of a can, quarter of an avocado and a spoonful of mushrooms drowning in a little condiment bowl, with a little clump of baby spinach. Looked like $1 worth of Woolies groceries thrown on a plate in 30 seconds. Bland, tasteless and barely an appetiser in size. Only giving an extra star here because the service was very friendly. Pity to see another great place go downhill.

We had a table of four for breakfast. I can recommend the food especially the Huevos Rancher's Very tasty and a bit of spice. Also the coffee is some of the best on the coast. The only letdown was the poor service. We had a young girl serving our table. She was both lazy and rude. Not a hint of customer service and made you feel like an imposition. So ruined what could have been a gorgeous breakfast
