Blue Ribbon B Que - Montrose

Was just passing through town on my way to some fishing waters and I had plans to eat in a different town. Well decided id grab a snack to eat here, haha. This food truck caught my eye because it said Texas BBQ and having lived out of Texas for a few years I realized most places that advertised that, never held true. Well that didn 't apply here. Not only was her bbq great but after talking to one of the owners come to find out she surprisingly knew about and had been to my small home town out in west texas. So being that I planned on getting something small so I 'd still have an appetite for dinner I elected just to get the Brisket sandwich so I could test the brisket by it 's self and then actually eat the sandwich. Needlessly to say I was very surprised. They nailed it. Also got the baked beans and they 're great as well. I 'll definitely return every time I 'm in the area!

TRUE TEXAS BBQ.... INCREDIBLY MOIST, SMOKEY FLAVOR!! We had the sliced brisket sandwich... We could eat this everyday! ???

Hands down the best BBQ in Montrose! I had the ribs and they were awesome! The service was quick and friendly.

Best baby back ribs I've had in years! This is real BBQ and really good! And the people working are super friendly!
