Tim Hortons - Montréal

Worst service and the food I ordered was not fresh i think, there was a guy and girl who was taking the order, was extremely slow and i had to wait for so long, what the hell it was, like i suggest everyone not to go there, going to this tim Hortans is just a waste of time, worst service and the employees has no etiquettes to talk to their customers.

I bought a caramel latte and later realized it had no caramel.I also happened to buy a French vanilla with a shot of espresso and later realize there was no espresso in it.Employees need to be better trained

Service was so slow that I didn't end up placing my order. I just left.Employee was alone, unfortunately.

Everytime when we ordered in the store, it’s minimum 20minutes wait. Then we changed to online order. Then, the same thing. They don’t actually do before you arrive. All their excuses is the system didnt show up. Really bad services.
