My cat fish was thin as the wind but all was ok so I gave a 4 wasn't very clean in the front eating area but the back one was

LISTEN ???? IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN -0 REVIEW I WOULD. I ordered a wing combo. The wing combo was not cooked properly (under cooked)not seasoned at all, hair from chicken showing and fried into the chicken. Seasoned fried were COLD and this NOTexceptble. I will be letting the department of food services know. This establishment should be closed to do a thoroughinvestigation ???? for this place. I'm reading the comments and 80% are terrible and nothing has been done. IT STOPS ?? HERE

Food was good. Was out of sauce for the egg rolls other than that it was decent.

Don?t even bother coming here. There is a tornado watch here and I would take my chances on going out on these conditions verses ever attempting to getting food from here. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and they didn?t even give me all the item Iordered. It is a shame how restaurants like this even exist.

Had a casino salad , both my friend and I got food poisoning from the boiled eggs in the salad. We went to the Lucilles around 8pm 11/6/2021. The next day we were sick as a dog and went to the Dr. that following weekday thinking we had Covid, but it wasin fact food poisoning. I called Lucilles eatery and the lady basically called me a liar saying there?s no way I could havegotten food poisoning from her because she boils her eggs early in the morning and they are ?good for 24 hours?. Mind you we gotthe salads after 8pm so that means the salads had been sitting all day. After that she offered me a ?$10 food credit ? forsomething else. Won?t eat here again. They don?t care about the health or well being of their customers.
