Camping du Bois des Alberts Ristorante

We came at the end of the season to stop overnight at Camping du Bois, les Alberts, so that we could see the magnificent town of Briancon the following morning. Mario, the new owner was on hand to settle us in great little campsite and SUCH a relief after Italy's rather scruffy campsites. This one, spread under tall pines, is utterly rural. What counts the hot water was hot, facilities lovely and clean (and by the way a really well equipped baby room should you need it). Would be a great base for a camping holiday if you are a keen walker, the scenery is spectacular. Well priced. Definite recommend.

Great find! Arrived a day early than expected to Montgenevre, so needed somewhere to camp for the night. Mario was really friendly and helpful. Electric hook up for the van which was a nice bonus, and very reasonable price wise. Entertainment provided for the evening. Restaurant on site, good for kids with play area

Great place to stop, nearest you will find to free wild camping. Very cheap, cafe/bar at the end of the campsite. Turn up and choose your pitch. There is plenty of choice of shade or sunshine, next to the river or amongst the trees. There wash hot water and washing facilities. No downside at all. Briancon just down the valley beautiful old city to visit if you have time.

Camping sympathique depuis l extérieur.Une fois dedans, au secours la propreté et l hygiène des sanitaires. Si vous souhaitez choper une infection , c est la bonne adresse. jeunes bruyants et le patron ,Mario , pas dispo car il était au bal des pompiers.On imagine si il y avait eu un drame.....
