Bidra med feedbackReally nice little place in Montepulciano. Menu is on the small side but there's enough choice. We had a great selection of cold cuts and tuscan soup, followed by good quality veal steaks, washed down with a perfect Vino Nobile. There are lots of nice eateries in Montepulciano and Rosso Rubino is one of them!
Delicious meal at my favorite restaurant in Montepulciano yesterday evening. I enjoyed the local pasta pici with a fresh, well balanced pesto sauce. My friend had the steak with rosemary and caponata veges. The house wine was excellent and finished off with tiramisu dessert.
Having spent over a month traveling across Tuscany, this was among the very best restaurants we've found. The pasta was excellent--traditional, homemade, yet with flavor and flare, with many dishes featuring fresh mushrooms. The steak with fungi was perfectly done and seasoned. Loved how the chef-owner came out to check on all the tables. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Qualità, cuore e passione! ravioli Maremma al ragù toscano eccezionale, crema cotta con caramello divino! : ogni ingrediente dal caramello alla pasta, al ragù è fatto in casa!
