A special restaurant in a special place, the Renaissance courtyard of the Raffaello College, in the square in Urbino. The beauty of the restaurant? Take the dish, you put all the greenish you want, raw, cooked, processed, and pizzas, salads, even lighthouse, then the dish is weighed and paid. Little.
