All pizza are made with wholegrain flour worked in the same day it's served. You just have to sit down, the waiters which are very polite will explain you the available ingredients and options. I would suggest you to simply let them chose for you, they will propose you plenty of very good combinations, i.e. pizza with sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese etc. In addition to good quality it's nice to know that for the same price you can go ahead until you are full, they bring you as many pizzas as you want. At the end, you can have included in the fixed price also the sweet pizzas with cacao cream or mascarpone The drink like bear, wine and water are also included. Even if I have eaten much during the dinner, I had no digestion problems during the night, which means that RiSoldo's Pizza were well made. To sum up: very good food quality, nice place and atmosphere, and you can eat as much food as you want at reasonable price, what to ask more ? Just take note that the restaurant is regularly opened at dinner from Thursday to Sunday each week.
