Food and service attention was great. Music was badly rated.

This place is good if you are not planning on eating. My family and I visit this place on Labor Day may 1 in DR. We ordered our food around 12:30, we waited and waited, same thing happened to the table besides us. After all that time waiting we find out that some “very important people” arrived to the place way after us and they gave our food to them. Waited 3 hours and we left without eating. Very disappointed and sad that we were treated like that. Shame on that place.

The place has potential, but the staff is extremely unprofessional . There is a big problem with water as well as security in the complex. The place could be better, but it needs water, better train staff and a more friendly crew . JJ

No hot water for showers. Breakfast was included but you could not course your food. They just brought whatever they happened to cook each day. Cereal they serve kids was full of small busb. Hamburger meat must have come from roadkill. Mattress was comfortable. Pricey compared to nearby Marbella hotel which was much better in every sense. We changed to that hotel after two nights.

Was nice place but manager wasn't good with clients I really don't will go there again :
