Grey Lady - Montauk

Terrible experience here. We were told we needed to do a prefix menu. Within 30 minutes of sitting down, before we even had the chance to finish our appetizers they were taken from the table and our entrees were forced on us. Everything was cold and when we asked to hold the entrees the kitchen got angry with us. No one came to refill waters or take more drink orders. Mind you there were plenty of empty tables for dinner service the entire time. I asked to speak to the manager and had to wait 20 min for him to come over. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone especially for prefix dinners. The food is **** and for $65/person it’s a rip off. Staff is inattentive and could care less about dining experience of their customers. I will not be returning.

We had a reservation at 6:30 and when we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. There was no one else there besides my family. They were playing loud music for no apparent reason. It was quite strange. We would not go back. The food was okay but it was too expensive.

One of my favorite places to visit when I am in Montauk. The food and the spicy jalapeno margaritas are amazing! Also, love the ambiance.

Amazing food: Burrata tomato salad, crab toast, fried seafood were worth every expensive penny. Only complaint: Music outside was so loud, had to yell over it while in the restaurant.

Awesome awesome food. Burata was amazing. Watermelon margarita incredible. Fresh watermelon. Fish tacos amazing. Sea bass incredible. Very relaxed. Great service. Great value for montauk.
