We had a lovely meal at Nous, choosing à la carte. Dishes all nicely presented without being pretentious. Good friendly service with the chef appearing as we were preparing to leave. We will be back!
Monday lunch. Menu du jour, everything faite maison and very, very good: tomato soupe à la citronelle (x2 , moules de bichot (x2 , glaces 4 (including verveine, cacahuète for my wife (both verveine cacahuete were remarkable and tartelette de figues for me (with glace de 'feuiles de figue ' again exceptional (did the young chef train in patisserie? I neglected to ask . We wish this young couple good luck. The location is not ideal for passing trade, being the 'wrong ' end of the street, maybe 200m away from the Place Nationale.(rue Bessières, then rue Fraîche either side of rue de la Résistance .

Toujours très agréable. L’œuf mimosa revisité et sa mayonnaise à la spiruline est une très bonne idée, comme le lapin en cassoulet, ou les parfums des glaces en dessert. Les prix sont raisonnables, le service fluide, rien à dire, sauf, ... que la glace à la lavande est un peu forte et dénature la tartelette au chocolat. Merci à ce jeune chef qui ne déçoit pas et progresse toujours dans l 'originalité et la maîtrise.
