My reference take-away pizzeria in Taverna for years. Struck by the latest reviews I decided to come back here after a long time, no longer consuming much takeaway. The environment hasn't changed much since the past, as has the friendliness of the owners. I noticed a big change instead on the final product, the pizza had a crunchy crust underneath, in the past it was much less so. The honeycomb has increased, a sign that over the years the kneading technique has also changed, from flour to yeast, I really appreciated the taste of the dough itself. The ingredients (I went for a classic margherita) have improved their flavor, especially the sauce, I found it exquisite, as well as the mozzarella. What can I say, years ago I tried it by chance and was struck by the goodness of the owners and their pizza. After years the owners have remained the same but their pizza has improved even more, lucky to have these realities in their municipalities.

After the renewal , both the pizza dough and the quality of the ingredients have improved. The friendliness and kindness, however, are always the same!

For the first time tonight I tasted mister pizza's pizza after the re-stailing. A new mix that is nothing short of surprising. Highest quality ingredients. I took a revisited four cheeses. I must say that Angeli's new pizza is exactly a sensory experience. Sincere congratulations
