Super gourmet restaurant in love. The dishes are filled with flavors and discoveries! The crystallized roses were amazing, a first. The restaurant offers menus in several stages, and it is possible to add to the menu a wine-fill contract, which is really nice to appreciate more the dishes offered. We ordered only the menu and an aperitif. The waitress insisted that we take the formula agreement with the wines, I think by habit, but by failing to mention the price to be added by the menu for this formula. Consuming with moderation of wine, we stayed well on our choice of departure. It could be more pleasant in the room to add a small background music, with some jazz or classical music for example, in accordance with the theme of the restaurant. Very nice discovery, refined dining room and dishes, close to La Roche-sur-Yon, we will return to the family.

Wonderful, high-end cuisine I ate one of the best entries in my life! (Royal foie gras with fungus and emulsion) ikejimé fish absolutely sumptuous to finish on a note of chocolate desserts more successful than others. Finally, the wine supplement is a nice invitation to travel. Don't go!
