Tim Hortons - Montague

I used to drink Tim's coffee every day, but for over a year now, I've switched to Robin's Donuts. Tim's coffee has become pretty terrible, and their donuts are so small they might as well be mini donuts from McDonald's. Plus, their bagels are only half toasted. In contrast, Robin's Donuts offers great coffee and delicious, full-sized donuts.

I stop by Tim's every morning on my way to work. The regular staff at the drive-thru are quick, friendly, and always remember my order! Unfortunately, I haven’t seen them in a while, and I hope they're just on vacation and will return soon. Going to Tim's has become a nightmare lately! My orders are always messed up!

As any Tim's establishment, it has its ups and downs lol. This particular one has had a good track record for food. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that haha. This particular location is horrible for early morning/lunch/supper because it has a short area to line up and people end up along the side of the road, which is super annoying to other traffic. A design flaw for sure, wish they would do something to fix it!Parking: There are parking spaces on each side of the building, in front and along the back left corner too!Kid-friendliness: Wendy's attached

I’ve been to Tim’s Montague many times before and had no issues everything was great. But today I went in to the drive-through and I asked for an iced Capp made with almond milk because I can’t have dairy. And they gave me an iced Capp made with whip cream and milk and they told me it was made with almond milk. Then I went back I went inside this time and ask them to remake me an ice cap with almond milk and I pacifically said almond milk and they gave me an ice cap with milk. With someone who has dietary needs and the workers just playing off their mistakes so they don’t have to remake something is outrageous.
