Nice owner, very humorous, creative in the interior design and in the dishes he proposes (carrot fries! a well mastered menu including the 'incontournable ' burgers. His Lunch plate is also always very tasty, plate well served, good choice of wines. Guests are in Wallis, also in international atmosphere of a London migrant in Swiss Alps. We had a good dinner at le carrefour and tried the new restaurant management that replaced the historic valérie. the assiette of the cold cuts was of excellent and of a decent size. the local bark was also tasty and cooked as we wish.
