Eggspectation - Mont-Royal

Having worked in the service industry, I hesitate to leave a negative review, but this experience was so disappointing that I had to. My daughter and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning and found a table right away. Despite not being in a rush, we were not greeted by our server and had to wait for someone to come take our order. Eventually, a server spilled coffee on the people next to us and then proceeded to ignore us. When we asked about our server, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. The food itself was also subpar, with my daughter's pancakes being so dry that they were inedible. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. I enjoyed a Montreal bagel plate that exceeded my expectations. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture, but I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal.

The service was quick and the food was delicious! The breakfast routine included home fries, cheese curds, bacon, egg, sausage, gravy, and a fried egg on top. It was delicious but very filling. The menu is extensive with a wide variety of breakfast options. The coffee was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Daughter and I were for a long weekend in the city, visited michelle obama book signing show and stopped at this place to breakfast on Sunday. cold, sweet and delicious orange juice, omelett burst with fresh lobster, pancake and French toast fluffy and light,...and they can say that the eggs are free our cheeky!

I used to come to this restaurant almost once a month. It was actually empty when I came for early dinner and was still empty when I left after dinner! Many years ago this restaurant was always very busy. The restaurant is located in a...high end mall with parking. I had the shrimp tacos which were nice however i asked the waiter if they were tempura style he said yes but unfortunately they weren’t. We also had the Tuna sandwich and it was lovely served with delicious fries. It was an overall nice experience with a bit of a slow service I must admit.
