Auberge de l'Echauguette - Mont-Dauphin

We are delighted with our stay at the Auberge de l'Echauguette, the hotel is super well located in Mont Dauphin, small garden and terrace in the back quiet, the room is simple but comfortable and clean, we also have dinner one evening and it was very good. Special Mention to the Véro boss, heartburn.

The frame is beautiful!!! The boss who is the cook has enjoyed us as much at the table as with her welcome....Thank you Véro !!!!

Very good lunch taken quietly on a shaded terrace at the back of the inn

If they happen to be in mont dauphin, this is the place to go a great lunch. not only is the building a homage to the history, located in the center of this fortified city, it is the best place ever for eating what I believe to be the best burger of the world! perfectly cooked, with arten made from local cheese, the bungalow roasted to perfection. it looked so big when I was served first, I had intended to share, but at the end apologised for not sharing, it was too good to give up! the other food was also good if you are not a burger fan. everything is made fresh. in summer the back terrace with its exterior must be great. would recommend the reservation in summer season. they will not be disappointed. I hope to return one day.

I would recommend to stop in this hotel for a wonderful dinner and night in the fortified city mount dauphin. I had the large selection plate for dinner, which included lasagne and the special ravioli. the rooms are cheap and well maintained. the breakfast contains... many chalks and espresso.
