Bidra med feedbackThe environment is serene, clean and calm. And so is the music. Costumer service is top notch. The food is tasty (very). The breakfast platter is bomb! The bathroom is very neat too.
Nice vibe, great staff, good food. Heading back soon. The food has flavor and the drinks are on point.
This is my 8th trip to Liberia and first time to visit The Hub Diner. I generally would never order a hamburger in Africa (first, I am an American and definitely have my own opinions of what makes a good hamburger, second, I usually find the African ground beef a bit lacking, and third, I also try to have local specialties) But, the menu photos looked good so my colleague and I ordered cheeseburgers and fries. We were very pleasantly surprised to have something that was similar to an American restaurant. It was delicious! Their prices are a bit higher than surrounding restaurants, but the quality is high. It 's attached to the very modern ERA Supermarket, so it is an 'expatriot bubble ' of sorts, however, after a very hot and humid day in Monrovia, it was nice respite.
This was my third visit to The Hub. Having previously been for lunch and dinner I went early for breakfast. What can I say: great food, great service at a reasonable price. Well worth a visit.
The Hub has some very nice dishes and drinks, a bit extra over the ordinary, but not all dishes are equally appreciated. I observed that locals who often order the fried rice, rarely eat it all. 2/3rd is put in a doggy bag to take home to the security guards or whoever wants to eat it. I love the ceasar salad and the grilled cheese is great. Also the French fries with cheddar and sour cream is a nice side dish. However since its opening a few Months ago the prices have gone up almost every Month, now approaching a level that is making it less attractive compared to other restaurants
