Sbarro - Monroe

The food was decent, but the person at the counter had a poor attitude. He seemed annoyed by my presence, even though the place wasn't busy at all. If he doesn't enjoy his job, he should consider finding something else.

I really enjoy the pizza and breadsticks at this place. I used to come here frequently, but the manager often left me waiting at the counter for ten to twenty minutes without any service. He would see me but wouldn't offer any help or even acknowledge my presence. I appreciated it when Mark was on duty; he was always kind and attentive. Eventually, I stopped visiting because I couldn't predict whether I would receive assistance. A few days ago, however, I went in with my son and was pleased to see that Mark was working again. He was just as friendly and helpful as I remembered. Unfortunately, the other staff member wasn’t as accommodating. I truly love the food here, and as long as Mark is working, I will make a point to stop by. But if the manager is on shift, I’ll just keep walking. I'm really not sure how he manages to keep his job.

My husband and I were shopping at the Factory Outlet and decided to stop by the Food Court. We found a great deal at Sbarro: two slices of pizza and a drink for $10.99. That's exactly the kind of deal I like! We each tried a slice of Supremo pizza and shared a cola. The pizza was decent, and I would definitely go back there when I’m shopping at the Outlet.

After reading a few reviews I realized most have similar complaints. Sbarro seems pretty good at responding and apologizing but apparently not caring. The reason I say this is because the same person that people seem to be complaining about, still works here. Why would you keep this man employed. He has a real bad attitude problem and acts as if he doesnt care. Ordered our food and he didnt even bother to heat it up. The family and me ate cold pizza. I didnt even bother saying anything because I knew it would turn into a confrontation considering just ordering was a confrontation. Never again. Don't even bother sending me the link to the comment card. It doesnt seem like you guys actually care. Months and months of similar complaints and it seems apparent Sbarro has done nothing to correct it. My advice, especially in this location. Stay away!

The stromboli was raw dough on the inside. Tried to call but number listed was no good.Other than that I would give them a second chance with
