O'charley's - Monroe

My Fave in Monroe, especially for lunch. Renee Failed Server in Bar area (she has gone now, but was a super server now Jennifer is in this area and she is also a large server. Great cry for O'CHARLEYS.

Had good food, good waitress and ate with wonderful friends

I haven't been here for years and then (10 years ago) it was terrible, so we never praised to go back. Yesterday, my daughters and I had a girl's day out and they wanted to go there. WOW!!!! The things that have definitely improved!!! Loved our sweet little waitress and the food was amazing. Thick baked potato chip appetizer was a big hit with all three of us and of course our food was perfect.... And super delicious! My youngest one took her Brat-Rind sandwich home (because they were naturally filled with Nread and chips) and said it was BETTER the next day for breakfast. You have new fans now. Now we promise DEFINITELY back!

Great location and price for the meal, it’s good food and clean. Portions at the Monroe location are very small. Location in Concord was better. LOVE THE YEAST ROLLS!!!!!

Vanessa was amazing! Our order was spot on (and I 'm one of those can I get instead of people). She was pleasant and friendly. Smiling and cheery. She kept our drinks full and made sure our order was served in a timely manner. Our meals were brought to us done to perfection. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The entire staff were all professional yet personable. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
