Jimmy John's - Monroe

I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for the past year. Unfortunately, my last few delivery orders have been filled incorrectly or have taken over 40 minutes to arrive. I have communicated my concerns to the manager, who is friendly and polite, but the quality of service and delivery time still remain inconsistent.

The hoagies were satisfactory. We placed our order in advance and they were prepared and packaged efficiently in a box by the time we arrived.

I placed a delivery order at the restaurant, but unfortunately, the management informed me that my address was outside their delivery zone. They proceeded to refund my card payment and cancel my order. I found the employee I spoke to to be unhelpful and rude.

Savannah is the best worker there. she makes a bomb sandwich and she has a great personality. 10/10?

Great sandwiches, pricier than other sub shops, but worth it.
