Whistle Stop Cafe - Monmouthshire

I stopped by the Whistle Stop Cafe for a bite to eat before catching my train and I was pleasantly surprised! The cafe has a great selection of caffeine drinks, lovely staff, and delicious coffee. I ordered the full day breakfast and it was fantastic, with thick bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. I would recommend stopping by, even if you're not catching a train. It's a good value and a must-visit if you're at the Abergavenny train station.

I almost missed my train, but out of the corner of my eye, I noticed that it was still open. It turned out to be a lucky break. Delicious coffee, quick service, and a tasty cheese and ham toastie at an affordable price. The waiter was engaging and extremely friendly. I was pleased to also indulge in a delicious speckrolle.

This train station buffet offers a nice variety of snacks, drinks, and newspapers. The owner, Alan, is a charming character who adds entertainment to every visit.

Beautiful staff here, very friendly and make a great cup tee!
