Bidra med feedbackThe rooms are very nice and spacious, but they can immediately say that no one has a look what they do. we were lied twice by the recipe, how fat face lies! we were in a suite that slept 8 and we had 7 people. they refused to give us more than 4 washcloths and towels, because they will steal them. that was the worst service we have ever received. very frustrating. I just need to remember to take deep breaths and not excite. I will let the management know how I feel when I go, but I have a feeling, it will not do well because I really believe it is from the administration down, because nobody is friendly and nobody takes up. it was clean and big enough for our family, although I had to use my children washcloths to clean me up. haha. rant over.
Sonesta has created a lovely venue, and I had a great stay overall. However, I did notice mold on the breakfast sandwiches, and the sofa was not very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I would consider returning when I visit Princeton again.
The room had a great cellar odor that I had to take off and cerce and buy more air purifier to mask the smell. there is no cleaning service unless you book the full service, but if I have booked online, I do not have this option. since I had no full service anyway, it was no matter that they gave the day free to keep Christmas home, but if I had it, I would have been mad. this is a hospitality industry, a 365 business and guests expect that. it is bad enough to stay in a hotel for a holiday like Christmas, but the worse the breakfast. it was shameful! it was a paper bag with a bottle of water, small chocolate muffin and even smaller granola bar. included are pictures of the shameful breakfast they are provided. there are microwaves that have signs over breakfast sandwiches, a canister for muffins, bagels, etc. that was empty and toaster. several days old bananas that were discovered and broken up with the dishes. Condiments for non-existent bagels, muffins, etc. the nights were cheap, so you get what you pay for.
The restaurant is quite busy, and they serve breakfast. However, the breakfast options are limited to just a muffin, a breakfast bar, and water. I've been here for four days, and it’s been the same breakfast each time. Additionally, they haven't provided bath towels during the day. You also have to wait 2-3 hours for service, and two people cannot access water simultaneously. The internet connection is terrible. I definitely won’t be returning.
We spent a long weekend here while visiting a family member, and our experience was truly wonderful. Our King Loft Suites were immaculate, roomy, and extremely comfortable. The hotel had a serene atmosphere, and the grounds were well-kept. We were very impressed. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
