Burgerville - Monmouth

I Love burgerville but this location KEEPS making mistakes and not fully cooking food. SO disappointing, especially considering this is not cheap fast food by any means. Do better Monmouth Burgerville!!!!

We like Burgerville and have always enjoyed their food. Especially since they offer a gluten free bun. This time however we didnt receive the chicken sandwich we ordered. That made me sad. We did get a credit for the item we didnt receive.

I ordered a gluten free bun as I have celiac disease. If you do too, do not order through doordash and probably avoid them in general. They even wrote it on the wrapper and still gave me a normal wheat bun. Asides that, after looking through it, I had a single shred of onion and not even a leaf of lettuce for the Best Coast Turkey Burger . My partner ordered the 1/2 lb. Colossal Burger with Large Fries and a additional Classic Fries Regular . The large fry was completely ignored and not received. Their burger had a weird green sauce on it when it was suppose to have mayo. I ordered these expecting the pictures, and got a very wet, weird colored burger that looked nothing like the images in the slightest. I could have gotten a better burger at McDonalds for cheaper.

Generally excellent service, and their food is also good. The main reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 is that they have removed their salad options over the years. I know it's a fast food restaurant, but they still had fresh and tasty salad options in the past. It was one of the great reasons why we would come here.

Love Chocolate Hazelnut Bliss Schüttel!! Hamburgers drove out of the mill, but still tasty and I have to give them credit to start the dark GREEN salad crusade pale lettuce, don't cut it with me. I wish the fish in the fish sandwich was more significant. How about a salmon taco Burgerville?
