I was with my family at the pizzeria on the night of 01/03/24 and to begin with, the service was terrible. We waited around 20 minutes for service, and the place wasn't even full. The attendants went back and forth every hour and didn't even pay attention to us, we ordered an Antarctic guaraná and a pizza. Pizza came burnt, Guaraná was hot and flat, we asked for ice in our glasses and the next morning we all woke up with stomach pains and vomiting. I'm sure I'll never go back to this place again. Yesterday 12/30/23 my husband and I went to have lunch at this restaurant, we ordered a bacon snack, we stayed outside, when I went in to go to the bathroom I found the environment very dark, dirty and with a very pleasant appearance for a restaurant, the bathroom in front of the kitchen where the girls were washing glasses looked pretty dirty. Later the surprise, I spent the whole night vomiting and having diarrhea, very unwell, and the next day my husband also woke up with a lot of diarrhea and abdominal discomfort.
