I visited a restaurant in Moncton for the first time while on a business trip. The staff was friendly and engaging, which was nice since I was dining alone. The conversation didn't take away from the delicious food I was enjoying. I started with some fresh oysters, which were a must-have being on the east coast. They were Blue something oysters, and they had a clean and crisp taste. For my main course, I had the Brisket burger which was juicy and flavorful. The homemade fries were also delicious with all the drippings from the burger. The bartender selected a beer sampler for me to pair with my meal, and there were some great house-made beers to choose from. The atmosphere was casual, intimate, and fun. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town. Cheers!
