Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Since it was Mother's Day, all the women in the restaurant, regardless of whether they were mothers or not, received a chocolate and a $5 off coupon. Joel was my server and he was friendly and professional. However, he seemed to disappear at times and I had to wait a while for my bill. Eventually, I had to ask another server to locate him so I could pay.

Was my first time at there new location. Very nice embiance when you walk in the restaurant ;Beautiful fireplace set up. Good place to have a nice evening with friends or family. Good prices and a wide wonderful selection of food to meet anyones hunger needs. Only thing that did not make this place a 5 star is my chicken was way dry, I should also mention it was dark meat. For a place that has a reputation for the best chicken around, I was disapointed. My waitress was kinda blunt and did not even crack a smile. Other than that, great place !

We arrived around 7:25 on a Friday night, was told there was a 15-25 minute wait, gave our phone number to be texted when they had an available table for us. Received text, went back into the establishment. Seated, waited about 3 or 4 minutes for menus and to be asked what we wanted to drink. 2 waters and a pop. When they came we had asked for straws, waited 20 minutes for someone to come back and take our order, (still hadn't received the straws) when the waitress finally came back we asked a second time for straws. We ordered our food and then placed a timer on my phone after the waitress walked away, it was just over 22 minutes waiting for our food. At this point we had been there for almost 50 minutes (not including our wait to get in) and we still hadn't had anything to eat. When we received our food, myself and my friend that asked for waters, then asked the waitress for two pop because the water tasted like a toilet boil. The waitress made it seem like we had asked for something that was impossible to get. We were less than impressed to say the least. Placed a thumbs down on the debit machine when asked if we would recommend the restaurant to anyone. Probably won't be my first choice next time. Not sure if I'll even be back.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received at your restaurant. I work at a residence for mentally challenged adults, and we brought a group of nine of them to dine with us. The staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The quality of the food we were served was truly outstanding. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience!

I had a fantastic experience at the Dieppe location, which was much better than the Mountain Road Moncton location in terms of reception, seating, and staff friendliness. The food quality and service were excellent! I tried their chicken holiday special, The Festive Season, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. I will definitely be returning!
