I went to this restaurant on a Sunday night with a group of 12 people. We waited for about an hour and a half for our food to arrive. I ordered a medium rare steak with mushroom sauce, but what I received was disappointing. The steak was overcooked and much smaller than advertised. The sauce was served in a chipped container, which was concerning. The dessert was also disappointing, with a few pieces of broccoli and carrot rather than a proper sweet dish. The food was served at the wrong temperatures, with the dessert being cold, the steak warm, and the sauce tepid. This meal was a complete disappointment and waste of money. I had to buy a hamburger on the way home to satisfy my hunger. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold and the steak was clearly microwaved. The manager seemed disinterested and the service was subpar. It was obvious that they did not care about the customers, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. I work hard for my money and expect better treatment than this. I would not recommend eating here.
We had an early booking for Saturday night. we were shown a table and the waiter I think it was the person responsible, but not sure), waited not to sit on us or offer us a drink. he didn't even give us a look before he was gone. at each step we had to wait and wait or ask for something because it was not offered. to be said so early on a Saturday night after we have ordered that only one person can have a baked kartoffel because there was only one. So I asked if we could have a few potato skins instead, and was told we would be extra loaded seriously. I had ordered ripening and was told that I could not have the vege, as it is an extra it with the steaks that they should consider and not order two people). So I was charged, although it is a small bowl in the middle of the table, why shouldn't it be classified as having the steak order? it consisted of 1 mini maize jack, 4 julienne pieces carrot and 2 flocks of broccoli the size of a 20c piece. beer was ordered and we were told that the hahn was broken so that it could not have. the sweetness was forgotten and I had to ask after eating. the quality of food has nase dive in the last 10 years. presentation is appalling, as my picture shows. charge for the heavy when it is offered on order as if it is apart a sweat. No one offered us a bill, but we were not offered much so that it was consistent. we just had to go upstairs and ask. for $270 for 4 people it is overpriced and lacking service. to choose elsewhere is the best advice I have. the personal cannot be disturbed. because I didn't leave a tip, I'm gonna be right now. here is my tipp- you should provide a better level or at least a certain amount of service, clean up, store up and fix broken things.
Asked for a specifically well cooked steak due to being pregnant and got a medium rare steak . Chef knew it was medium and didn’t really care when. This was a delivery order. When I called them they knew it was medium and didn’t...really offer an explanation except sorry even the restaurant manager questioned the quickness of the cooking time but did nothing. Not good enough . I asked for well done for a dam good reason and they knowing didn’t do it. Very upset plus it was expensive steak for the bin!!
