Dd's Italian Bistro - Monahans

Finally, a restaurant we deserve. I tried the Gyro plate and it was amazing. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the salad was fresh, excellent oil dressing and the peppers and olives were an excellent touch. The lobster ravioli of my wife was handmade (I can tell) and the sauce had a fantastic taste. Please support this business so that it can stay, keep the quality food and service Monahans come for years. These guys deserve business!

Two. Here and absolutely excellent. The name of my server was KY l believe and it is really first class in hospitality. I hope to go here every week, at least once a week! The calf piccata is from this world. My wife Judy had the lobster ravioli! Superb! Nick the cook is great!

My husband had the venous meurphye he said was fabulous. I had the tour of italy and it was good. For an appetizer we had the filled mushrooms with rose sauce, which was amazing!! The server was so beautiful and even cleaned a table because we wanted to sit there. The food was fresh and hot and came very fast. Everything was fresh and authentic. I highly recommend this place when you live in Monahans or just go through. Excellent service. Great food!

Small place, good food. The Salmon Picatta I got was beautiful and light. The sauce was the correct amount of creamy, and I could taste the white wine that was used earlier. The pasta water could have been salted a little more for my pasta, but it was al dente along with the broccoli that came with the plate. My friends had no complaints about their food, and the portions were right. We went on Saturday afternoon and were the only ones there. I can imagine that the place will be busy during the week during peak hours. At least I hope so. The host/server was incredibly charming and attentive. You will not find this service in a chain restaurant, especially in this area. For this reason alone, you should meet this place. Definitely a little diamond in the rough, this place.

The food was amazing. Drinks came I. To go cups (no big deal). Serves handled my nieces panic attack really well and had now issues repeatedly bringing more silverware for my son. 10/10
