El Paso Mexican Grill Monaca

The waiter (had an eyebrow piercing) was extremely rude. I told him my food was wrong and he proceeded to hold the receipt in my face and tell me that’s what I ordered. He did this in front of my son while we were picking up our order. He was ignorant and had no customer service skills to even try to figure out why the order wasn’t right.

Was there for hrs. After an hour and seeing other people that came in after us getting their food, we asked about ours and the waiter said it would be out within minutes. Food came out and was cold. Had to ask them to heat our food back up. Had to keep asking for more drinks and chips and salsa.

Great food, decent prices, good service! Awesome new Mexican Restaurant at the Beaver Valley Mall.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch on Saturday. The atmosphere was very clean and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

We are from houston tx, moved here months ago.. ive been craving good mexican food since we moved here and i was very disappointed with what i had tried. Your food was awesome!!, we will be back. We had FRIENDLY service, GREAT food and yall brought me a little taste of home .. thank you so much.
