Qdoba Mexican Eats - Moline

I’m sitting outside the Qdoba in Moline at 10:34 AM, and they’re supposed to be open. I called, and they said it would be another 5-10 minutes. When I finally got in, I was disappointed to find that they charge $2.25 for a small bag of chips (in a clear bag), especially since I ordered a burrito bowl without a shell. I feel they should offer a substitute for that. Additionally, I wasn’t impressed with the gentleman preparing my order, who had long dreadlocks hanging down over the food, and the lady working there was wearing her sweatshirt half on and not in uniform. On a positive note, the burrito bowl itself was excellent.

UPDATE... I followed the instructions I was given, but I still haven't heard anything! I've been checking daily and there's been no response! We ordered $50 worth of food, but when it was delivered, all we received were chips and guacamole, along with chips and queso. Our actual meals were missing from the bag. I've attempted to call the Moline restaurant several times, but the phone just keeps ringing. One time they did answer, but then they hung up on me! I'm extremely disappointed, especially since we had heard great things about this restaurant. I spent $50 and all I got was chips and dips!

We visited this restaurant for lunch on our way to Chicago in the last week of May 2022, and we were served by Bob and Chad. Both of them were fantastic—friendly and with a wonderful attitude. As vegetarians, we don't eat any kind of meat, including pork and beef. Usually, we ask the staff to change their gloves when preparing our food. While some staff members are happy to accommodate this request, others can be resistant. However, Bob and Chad were incredibly accommodating; they readily agreed to our request and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent! The sauces and quesos were particularly noteworthy, and the prices were quite reasonable too. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience! I wish all restaurants had such customer-friendly staff like Bob and Chad. Thank you, Bob and Chad!

I come here almost every week. Food is good but the drink machine is almost always short on drink options

We have visited twice and absolutely loved everything on both occasions!
