Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Moline

So I love Popeyes. Let's just get that out there so people who don't love Popeyes can move on. We've got two in the area. I typically patronized the Davenport location heavily, due to a more convenient location. But over the last year, it has slid...a lot. There's a pandemic, obviously everyone deserves a lot of slack. But it has become a completely unreliable location. So I went to Moline, somewhat expecting a similar experience. In the past 3/3 visits, though, everything has been accurate. Food quality has been good. I order online to save time, and orders have been accurate. Nothing's been missing. And, when it turned out that a promo I thought had been applied hadn't? The manager just made it right. If you're addicted to that Cajun sparkle and the pure comfort food that is red beans and rice, we still have one strong option in the area.

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD. Amazing as always. The manager her once again went above and beyond to make up for the west Kimberly stores ignorant slacking lazy slob staff. The moline manager personally made my chicken sandwiches did extra pickles like I asked used actual breast and not flimsy little chicken strips like west Kimberly tried to do. The moline manager is always amazing and always has a smile. I usually drive through with my dog in my truck and they love him and are always really kind. This is how people should be treated. West Kimberly treats you like your a burden and it’s shows how lazy they are and how they don’t like working at west Kimberly. I scared of how they keep up with their personal property because the west Kimberly store is smelly and disgusting. I have a deep fryer at home and the oil starts to stink after just a day or two. And the pungent odor at west Kimberly smells 100 times worse. Which means if you buy from there you are using oil that is probably weeks if not months old. Moline on the other hand has that mama touch kinda clean in it. Always clean always smells like FRESH fried chicken and not old smelly chicken like west Kimberly.

I wanna give this a higher rating because I love coming here. Also, I think the drive thru workers are nice and do their best. They always sound way stressed out and the wait is unbelievable when the store is near empty. Everything smells like a big ol management problem imo

One young lady running back and forth behind the counter doing everything while two others stood and did nothing. The batter on the shrimp was undercooked. Biscuits and Fries were spectacular. My youngest son loved the Mac and cheese.

While the chicken was delicious, I have never seen such tiny pieces. I usually only eat one when I purchase from my home Popeyes but tonight I ate all 3! Drive through employee almost forgot to give me my drink and he did forget honey for the biscuit.
