Bidra med feedbackI have been consistently disappointed with this Happy Joe's location. During my last three visits, the pizzas were undercooked and consistently lacked toppings. If you’re looking for quality Happy Joe's, I would recommend the locations in Rock Island or East Moline instead of the one in Moline.
Save your money and head down the street to Clint's Pizza or take a quick five-minute drive to Happy Joe's in RI. Every time I order, the pizza is undercooked, even when I specifically request it to be well done—the crust is consistently white on the bottom. The service is terrible, and the staff seems indifferent to the risk of customers getting sick from eating undercooked pizza; they just want to avoid putting in extra effort. The only reason to choose this place for pizza is if you enjoy tacos; otherwise, I recommend you go elsewhere.
I recently visited Happy Joe's for my son's 3rd birthday, and since he is a huge fan of pizza, it was the perfect choice. When we arrived, he proudly announced that it was his birthday. A little later, the staff surprised him with a slice of cake and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. He was absolutely overjoyed! I'm not sure if they had the cake ready or if they went out of their way to get it just for him, but if they did, it was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made his day memorable. Thank you so much! You all are fantastic!
Update: After months of avoiding this place, I decided to give them another chance. They quoted me a 15-minute wait for a carryout on a Monday evening. When I arrived after 20 minutes, they hadn’t even started making it. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes in the dining room before my order was ready. Why do they keep putting me through this?
We always stop by Happy Joe's for a taco pizza whenever we visit the Quad Cities. This location was quick, friendly, and clean. I would definitely give it a 10/10 and would return again!
